Just read your little deal on Moly coated bullets, and I'm wondering if you've ever used that method on a polymer tipped bullet. I was talking with my buddy about it last night, and we're thinking about going in halves on a tumbler just for it, but he wondered about the tips and whether they'd survive the tumble process.
They will work just fine. As I have experimented with moly coating I have found that I did not need to tumble them nearly as long as I had been doing them. Only 10 to 15 minutes is plenty of time. It will not hurt the poly tipped bullets at all.
appreciate the quick response! Will definitely be looking into this. I've loaded bullets with friends in the past. Finally going to start getting setup at home myself. Gonna be spendy at first, but I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks OP!
