Then spray some WD-40 down the barrel...
and another clean patch. The barrel is now clean.
Time to scrub the breech face with the toothbrush and WD-40.
Be sure to clean under all the recesses and extractor.
Also be sure to clean the locking lug recesses very well. Then a final flush with lots of WD-40 to wash out all the crud.
